“Went to wing it 9/7/24 around 1:00 pm me and my two daughters. Customer service was excellent 🙂the cashier was very helpful the whole time she was waiting on me and my girls to decide the smile and glow on her face was spectacular . “The food was good. I went to the drive thru and the wait was a little longer but that was expected as I did order an online exclusive value meal for 4. The drive thru cashier was a little snippy which is a huge pet peeve of mine because I'm really nice and I just expect the same courtesy but I would go back again because the food was good.“

“The food is always delicious when I do come here! However, your employee that works the drive-thru with the purple hair (Envianna) needs to be gone. Her customer service was terrible. Very bad. I usually get pleasant people through the drive-thru here whenever I do come but today was a disappointment. This is true of Zaxbys and other fast food spots around Greenville as well. If you don't like your job, find another one but don't treat the customers like they are burden. The thing is too me and one other car was in line so it wasn't like it was busy.

“Our first with Firehouse Subs. I don't eat subs often but our food was absolutely delicious. I love the variety of options and the hot sauce bar. I ordered online & our food was ready quickly and was hot when I got home. My new favorite sub place!“

“I recently visited Taco Bell and had an amazing experience, thanks to the kind cashier and the attention to detail from the team. It’s the little things that make a difference, and they nailed it! The cashier was friendly and made sure my order was just how I wanted. Each item was labeled with specifics like ‘no beans’ or ‘no sour cream’ on the wrappers, which I really appreciated. It showed they cared about getting everything right. Great service and delicious food—will definitely be back! They deserve praise.“

“The guy on the right was very rude. Did not acknowledge me at order pick up. Then after I asked about my order that was paid for & placed 27 minutes before (when I first arrived at the mall) he proceeded to tell one of his co workers in front of me “some people need to practice patience” like I wasn’t just asking about my food since I was the only person standing there waiting at this point. Literally watched people order and get their food before me so why wouldn’t I ask what’s going on?! “Too small to sit in. Strictly drive through but they do have two drive throughs so that helps with the speed. Super close to the hospital. Food was what you expect and the service was quick and pleasant. Still wish they would take American Express.“

“Beyond the consistently excellent sandwiches, these wonderful people go above and beyond to make your experience a positive one. I had two kids with me, a 1.5 year old and a 5 year old, who ordered his own sandwich. The sandwich crafters patiently listened to him and asked clarifying questions to both my child and me. When we left we forgot to get our receipt (which we needed a copy of), and when I called to ask if I could get a reprinted copy, the owner asked if I wanted him to send it to me because I had to get my youngest home for a nap! Lovely people, delicious sandwiches.“

“I have eaten Jersey Mike subs in many different places, and I do believe the young ladies at the Moye Ave, Greenville, NC location made us the best subs we have ever had. The meats were placed so carefully, almost artfully, so that every bite had a taste of every ingredient. I was very impressed with how well they all worked together, stepping in to lend a hand, replace ingredients, etc., without anyone requesting help or directing someone. I am sure you can imagine how calm and productive the atmosphere was. Three cheers for the manager and staff at this location. They are a winning team!“
