“I love this location and personally feel like it is the best Starbucks location in Greenville. I typically order the iced brown sugar shaken espresso and at many of the locations it can have a bit of a burnt flavor to it however I have never had that issue here. The people are almost always amazing and rarely have bad days. I appreciate all the hard work the employees have put into the building and the coffee. I love the location it is at. The inside and outside seating is right up my alley.“
“I’ve always had a delicious drink from there. But there was one cashier that never said a word to me ,never told me thank you. I even said good morning to him one morning and he said do you want a straw 🤷🏻♀️ but overall drinks and food are delicious“
“The most friendly and knowledgeable staff of any Starbucks. Each beverage is consistent as well. My only complaint would be no mobile ordering but I’m sure it has more to do with Harris Teeter than with the actual Starbucks. If only this Starbucks was located in the parking lot and not inside the actual grocery store that it is I’m sure it would be among the best in the country.“
“I've been coming here for years and the staff has never disappointed me! My drinks have always been amazing but today I feel compelled to compliment whoever made my skinny iced caramel macchiato. I just started getting the low fat one, and to be honest it does taste different than the regular one but that is to be expected. My drink today is PERFECT! thanks for making my morning Starbucks crew. Love you guys!“
“I usually don't write a lot of reviews, especially when it comes to chain restaurants because people argue they are all the same. However, I had an experience at this Starbucks that I feel is worth sharing. I have been going to this Starbucks ever since I was a freshman at ECU. The service was always so friendly because they understand they have a lot of stressed out students who come in to get some work done. I transferred from ECU to another school but I still come back to Greenville to visit friends and I will get my homework done at that same Starbucks. This one particular visit last December was extraordinary. I was working on a final project and I had a (minor) panic attack in the middle of the Starbucks about it, and the staff would make conversation with me to keep me calm. Not to mention they gave me a free re-fill on my coffee without even asking me. I had to step outside (in the freezing rain) to take a very long phone call about my final project and not only did the staff keep an eye on my belongings inside, but when I returned I saw a free hot chocolate sitting by my things.“
“Typically I have a great experience but a worker Genisis said she has to do side work at 7:37 I asked to speak with manager or when one comes. Because it doesn’t close until 8. Most of the drinks got refused, I was refused. She said she’s not able to make anything then made a comment about don’t you work at ihop. My reply was yes I do but we’re 24/7 and no matter side work we still help our customers and do not refuse people during opening hours. I’m going on 18hr shift with another tomorrow. She then contacts the manger whom again I had to ask who is the manager. She wouldn’t tell me. I didn’t like how I was refused to speak with manager and how at first she refused to serve me until I kept asking for a manager. There awesome here. But I didn’t appreciate the lack of helping in beginning and I didn’t like she calls me out on my job. Great staff I will continue but comments just because you want to go home can stay to the employees self. Thank you very much Manager Frankie for resolving me issue immediately!! Will continue to come back! - IHOP GM London“
“I placed an online order for 3 drinks- two teas and a frappe. I got a treinta iced green tea because I was able to use my stars for a free drink. The order was in progress when I arrived and I was able to pick up my drinks. The people working were very nice. The difficult part was getting out of the parking lot. It’s a little tight.“
