I enjoyed my favorite holiday coffee drink (hot peppermint mocha) in the sitting area outside the store. Service eas fast and friendly. Side note: the ladies room was clean and tidy.
I'm not sure if ordering in doordash is different than ordering on Starbucks app but I don't get the yummy Caramel frappocino I normally get off the app when I order through Doordash. There's no whipped cream on bottom or caramel pieces or drizzle. It's sad to expect the same no matter how you order but get such a different drink when ordering on Doordash.
I loved starbucks until they start shoving the device in your face in drive thru where they are excited for you to give them a tip. When you dont do the tip, its like their expression changes and their mood. i dont like that pressure when i am trying to get my food or drink. Most places dont do that, and you definately dont tip your maintenance guy when he fixes something. you dont tip your AC guy, or your contractors.... I dont like when they are expecting this in drive thru...
