Fresh hot food and a bunch of smiles from the counter help.
The drive thru was slow and I get to work only to see that my order was wrong. I called to speak to a manager and she said that they have my order there and that I was given the wrong order. Asked me if I could come back and I was already at work so she ask me to bring the food back when I come again! What ? It’s the policy she said but you admitted that you knew my order was wrong, never that location again pay for sausage egg and cheese and get a plain sandwich biscuit
Mcdonald's has lost its way in my opinion. Everytime i visit one, their processes are dysfunctional.
