“Let me tell you something! We are from Maryland and ended up at this amazing restaurant for dinner. The hospitality, atmosphere and food were all extremely wonderful. The food actually had flavor, it was nice and hot and the homemade chocolate pie is to die for! If this place was at home they wouldn't be able to keep up!
Fast friendly service and i look forward to coming back!

“I am a local here in Roanoke Rapids. I haven't eaten at Joe's in a very long time. That will change as of today. I purchased 2 hot dogs with all the fixings, fries and Pepsi. I asked if they could fry my hot dog. She said yes! Everything was so hot and delicious. They have the best seasoned fries in Roanoke Rapids hands down. The worker's were very polite and had smiles on their faces. I spent less than $10 for 2 fried hot dogs fully loaded, seasoned fries and large drink. Cash would have been even cheaper.“

“I placed 2 separate orders in the app. It was delivered on time and the food was nice and hot... but I was charged 2 times for the first order. Has this happened to anyone else? When I noticed it and called to Sonic, I as told that the app has been messing up lately and it would automatically refund my money. Really?! I'll be patient and see.“

“The catering/delivery coordinator is outstanding! I’ve been able to work with her on many occasions and she has delivered top notch service 100% of the time. She is a credit to the organization and should be recognized as a valued employee! I continue to use the restaurant because of her commitment to excellence and pride she displays in her job… it’s a rare trait.“

“Worth every minute of the wait! We came all the way from Virginia.. we heard about Cook Out, and it absolutely lived up to the hype.

The young staff was hustling the entire time, yet they were still friendly, patient, and professional. Hygiene was top-notch—everyone was wearing hairnets, which is something I really appreciate and don't see often enough these days.

The food came out fast, everything was fresh, and the prices were unbelievable. We fed a family of five for just $42. You'd be hard-pressed to find that kind of value in Virginia anymore.

“the lady at the drive thru was very rude and when she brought our food out didn't even ask if the family bundle is what we got, just hands me the bag and walks off. not even and thank you or nothing. the fries are gross due to the grease not being changed. very unhappy.“
