“My husband and I are going to the Amish country store up in Yadkinville from the Lake Norman area. I found this little place on Facebook and decided to give it a try. I have to say hands-down it was the best fried oysters, fried flounder fillet, hush puppies, and coleslaw we have ever had. I am originally from the coast and will say that these oysters were better than any I have had at the beach.“

“the wines were very good. The Riesling was our favorite. We brought some food from the Italian restaurant right up the road from the vineyard. We also took our dogs with us, they brought water out for them and were happy to have them there. We didn't purchase any but they did have some cheese and snacks that you can buy. we will definitely go back if we're in the area again.“

“My husband snd I went with my sister and brother-in-law on the spur of the moment and all of us were satisfied with our meals; I had the Chilean sea bass snd it was fresh and well-prepared. The mussels cod have used more garlic but were likewise fresh and cooked just right. I wouldn't just rave about it but it was a solidly satisfying experience all around. Our waitress was delightful and we'll all ho back some time again.“

“Hey Yadkinites, today, instead of driving to Mocksville for East Coast Wings, I decided to try the wings at the Yadkin Plaza Restaurant. I’ve eaten there for years, but never tried their wings. Let me tell you, those were some of the best wings I’ve ever had, and this ole girl has had her share of wings over the years. They were laden with tangy, spicy buffalo sauce, and so crispy. Big, meaty wings too! Came with plenty of celery and ranch. I was amazed!!! Right here in Y’town. Who knew? Insider tip from our waitress…Order the “homemade sauce” at whatever heat level you prefer. That’s not on the menu. If you don’t specify, you’ll get out of the bottle sauce without the butter mixed in. If you’re an old school buffalo style wing aficionado like me, get your butt over there and give these bad boys a try!“

“I've only had their food delivered on three separate occasions. The food was very good but the order was missing something each time. For some reason whenever the order includes a 2liter bottle of soda it's either the wrong soda or missing all together.“
