I am a frequent loyal customer. Every other Friday I order 4 or 5 pizzas for my family via the Domino's app for store pick up at 4463 School House Commons, Harrisburg, NC. I enjoy the points I earn via the app for free pizza. Every experience has been awesome until last night. 1 of my pizzas was free because of my points.

We placed an order for delivery at 6:09 PM. At 6:52 pm we had no received our order and the tracking showed it had been sitting in “quality check” since 6:18 pm. We called the store and the manager that we spoke to said “we are busy, thank you for understanding”. Nothing else was offered. This was after 7:00pm when we finally spoke to him. Our order arrived at 7:42 pm. The pizza was cold, the wrong sauces were delivered. This is the 3rd time we have had an issue with our...read full review
