“I’ve always had a great experience dining at this Panera Bread location—consistent service, clean environment, and delicious food. But recently, something truly special happened that made me appreciate it even more.

A young lady named Alexis gifted my son and daughter an almond pastry during our visit, and it was such a kind, unexpected gesture. It amplified the happiness of our day in the sweetest way. I also want to thank another young lady with red hair who made my evening back in June after a long workday — your warmth didn’t go unnoticed.

“Drive thru always quick and easy, especially with mobile thru. Food is fresh and hot. I always get my spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with lettuce wrap and the lettuce is always the big pieces that completely wraps the sandwich, not some tiny pieces of lettuce.“

“Huge shout out to the closing crew tonight (Monday 9/16/24). I was absolutely soaked from the rain and fresh off work, I was craving zaxbys and hoping to make it before they closed at 10pm. I showed up at 9:57pm expecting them to tell me they were already done for the night which would have been totally fair. I was greeted warmly and told to go ahead with my order. When I ordered a 20pc I was gently made aware of the time and told there would be a wait which was absolutely understandable. I really just want this team to know that they turned my night around with their kindness and that I promise I do not make a habit of showing up to places right before they close. “Went for lunch today. Had a 5 minute wait to be seated which was pretty fast. Ordered our food. I also had soup with my meal but they had no silverware. The waitress brought a pack of plastic utensils. She eventually brought metal silverware .. For some reason they have become pretty stingy with condiments. They had bottled ketchup on tables except a few so she brought us packets instead of a bottle. The wood chairs are pretty hard to sit in. Some of them look like the front legs are shorter than the back legs. Other than that everything was ok..“
