This location used to be absolutely wonderful, and with the right staff on shift it still can be. Amber is a great manager and very kind and so are a few other baristas there, but some of the new staff genuinely seem like they have no clue what they’re doing and I tend not to have a great experience when they’re working. I usually have to wait 20+ minutes for a drink (that still comes out wrong) when the new staff is working. The new staff also don’t have the best attitudes...
Last week my wife and I were visiting in Hayesville and needed a few groceries so we stopped by Ingles. We arrived around 1:15pm on a Friday afternoon. Upon entering the building the first thing you see is the Starbucks kiosk. Naturally we had to stop and grab a cup of coffee. We received immediate service. The employees were friendly and our coffee was properly prepared. All the employees were wearing face masks and observing social distancing guidelines. Overall we had a very...
It's Starbucks. They have coffee and in exchange for money they will let you have some. This location is situated inside Ingles grocery. It just is what it is. The service is good and friendly.
