First time visiting Hayesville from Florida and Ingles. Was happy to see they had a Starbucks. Mía was so welcoming and engaging and made the BEST Caramel Ribbon Crunch I have ever had. Great customer service. Will be back on my next visit.
This location used to be absolutely wonderful, and with the right staff on shift it still can be. Amber is a great manager and very kind and so are a few other baristas there, but some of the new staff genuinely seem like they have no clue what they’re doing and I tend not to have a great experience when they’re working. I usually have to wait 20+ minutes for a drink (that still comes out wrong) when the new staff is working. The new staff also don’t have the best attitudes...
Last week my wife and I were visiting in Hayesville and needed a few groceries so we stopped by Ingles. We arrived around 1:15pm on a Friday afternoon. Upon entering the building the first thing you see is the Starbucks kiosk. Naturally we had to stop and grab a cup of coffee. We received immediate service.
