“We came in after church March 22, 2026, from Petersburg, VA and we enjoyed it. From driving up the young man in the parking lot directing us was so very NICE and when we got inside EVERYONE was extremely nice and helpful. They came to our table and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. We felt right at home even (I'm assuming the owner came out and spoke) The FOOD OMG was over the top DELICIOUS!!!!! We can't wait to come back! It was packed and we didn't have to wait for a table everyone was considerate and ate and got up for the next people to come and eat. TASTE OF SOUL you all are TOP NOTCH!! Continue what you're doing, and your business will continue to be TOP NOTCH! THANK YOU ALL FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO!!!!!”

“You walk in and it smells amazing, she has wellness products on the left and on the right is delicious treats like unreal. We tried her collard greens, sweet potatoes, noodles and bbq jackfruit! The 100% soursop juice was delicious! Only 4$ each. I am obsessed! It was so good we ate it up! Definitely a must stop and while we’re in North Carolina our regular stop! I highly recommend and cannot wait to go back!! I went back with a friend and had the jackfruit quesadilla it was so delicious! The owner was really kind and I love her food! “We were in town for a dance competition and needed a quick lunch. Highly recommend Habibi’s! The owners were so friendly, the food was so good, and the prices were on point. This place is a gem! We asked them to expand to our Raleigh area so we could experience this food more often!”

“7-15-23Truck that sits in what looks like an abandoned lot. However, they've done a good job with the seating area. There are two covered tables, granite top tables, with plenty of seating at both. Also has a swing beside each seating area. There is a trash can, and the total seating area is well cared for. Franky, this separates Taco Happy from other trucks. Awesome.We did pastor and chorizo tacos ($3 each) . Both come with cilantro and onion. Both meats are very flavorful and juicy. Also like how each taco has two tortillas, making each easy to eat while holding the juicy goodness in. You are given radishes, onions, and cucumber on the side as well as a container of salsa.Good taco truck and worth a stop. Takes cards.

“Today May 12 2023 we had a rather large gathering at the Ruby Tuesday in Henderson (Vance County) and I know it was overwhelming and and a bit much however we had a great time.The service was a little bit confusing but our waitress,being 8 months pregnant was on point.I don’t remember her name but she was on top of things!!’ Our bartender was very attentive and accurate.I want to rate their service A ?. I don’t want to applaud all of them,however those 2 young ladies went above and beyond expectations!! Thank you for their services!! I just pray they get the recognition they deserve. By the way I’m in customer service also.To those 2 young ladies I commend you!! May God continue and bless them on they path of hospitality!”

“I recently had a disappointing experience at the Henderson location with one of the employees. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Customer service can be challenging, but customers should not be made to feel unwelcome because of an employee's personal frustrations or bad day.

After that experience, I almost decided not to return. However, on a recent visit, I was fortunate enough to be helped by a young lady whose name I believe was Camilika, Camil, or something similar (I apologize if I have her name wrong). She completely changed my impression.

To be honest, I arrived expecting another negative experience and probably wasn't in the best mood myself. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and outstanding customer service immediately turned that around. She treated me with kindness and respect and made me feel valued as a customer.

I don't know whether she is a manager, but if she isn't, she certainly sets an excellent example of what great customer service looks like. Her professionalism and positive attitude stood out and deserve recognition.

Thank you, young lady, for making such a positive difference. Employees like you are the reason customers return. I hope your dedication and customer service skills are recognized and appreciated.”

“I was in town for a brief meeting, and I searched for tacos. The pictures that others posted had me sold. The service earned the stars.The server confirmed that the meat, lamb, was available before allowing me to order. The carne asada was tender, the cilantro and onions cut fresh.The order was ready in a reasonable time. Worth the time locating; should I be in the area.”

“Smithfield BBQ in Henderson, NC is the best! Located right off I-85, we stop here often while traveling to see my son in Charlotte, NC. The food (both BBQ and chicken) is awesome and the people working there are always so friendly. I would highly recommend eating here😊👍”

“This Chick-fil-A was honestly impressive with how fast they were getting cars through the drive-thru. They had everything moving super quickly and it was clear the staff was working hard to keep the line going.

Unfortunately, I think the speed may have caused a few mistakes with our order. We were handed our food almost immediately once the lanes merged, but we were missing 2 kids’ apple juices, straws, sauces, and even the receipt. Then once we got onto the interstate, we realized none of the kids meals had toys either which definitely made the car ride a little less fun for the kids.

I do appreciate how prompt they were, but I wish a little more attention had been given to making sure the order was complete before sending us on our way.”
