Great selection of beer and wine. Staff was attentive and friendly although busy. Beer cheese pretzels and pork belly tacos appetizers were delicious! I will be definitely be coming back.
I wrote a very negative review but decided to give The Rose another try... and I'm glad I did. My original post gave one star based on the lack of service. I gave it a poor review as a quick reaction without putting much thought into it. It's so easy for me to criticize without actually observing the facts; so I am amending my review and giving the two employees 5 stars... I wish I could give the owner(s) one star as it was the owner and management that are turning away regular...read full review

Nice atmosphere, comfortable seating options and friendly and attentive staff. Food was good and decent price and quality for value. We found the seafood dishes delicious and pizza solid. Beer and wine listing was extensive. Good option if spending the afternoon shopping in the historic district.
