Cognative Brew House is a unique cafe that combines a bike shop with a coffee cafe. The cafe offers a variety of drinks, including coffee house drinks and little bites, as well as baked goods. While some customers find the prices to be a bit steep, the cafe's friendly baristas and really cool atmosphere make it a great spot to study or work. The menu features delicious items like blueberry overnight oats, breakfast focaccia and avocado toast, and the house-made syrups add a special touch to their standard stuff like the lavender & cinnamon dolce lattes. The service is friendly and fantastic. They serve seasonal drinks and their dark roast black coffee is nuanced and balanced, pairing very well with the savory bacon, egg, cheese biscuit sandwich. Their BLT, turkey, and prosciutto sandwiches are all great. The comfortable atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating is perfect. They always have Bike clothes and other bike paraphernalia, and the staff is great helpful and attentive. Plus the ample parking makes it a perfect spot to stop whether you’re driving or biking.
