My delivery got cancelled 3 times. The first one I didn't get a call that they had to cancel it 2 hours after I placed the order. The second time, they called 45 mins after I ordered to cancel my order and now, it's been 2 hours since I've placed an order. I'm going to go to assume it'll be cancelled as well. Good luck getting them to answer the phone for updates too! I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life!!

I placed an order online and ordered chicken Alfredo and wanted the chicken on the side. Shouldn’t be that hard. Since there is nowhere online to place special instructions / immediately after I submitted my order I called the store to let them know I wanted chicken on the side.
