“The service only got 3 stars because there's not enough servers for their business. We enjoyed the food, wines and ambience. We had excellent service from non-complaining servers who worked their butts off. I tipped more than my usual 20% and I can only figure that an established business like they are can't find quality staff in their area in the current economy. Too bad. Even their beautiful tasting room building wasn't open and served the tasting flights at one of the bars in the main restaurant building. It's still a nice visit this fall, as we went to Stepp's apple orchard before and picked apples and sunflowers 🌻“

“This was our first time at a CAVA, but it won’t be our last. Food is extremely tasty, with some healthy options, and a variety of sauces and toppings that provided a great deal of customization. Definitely better than getting off the freeway and grabbing another burger and fries. Major kudos to the crew at this location in Arden NC. Very friendly, took time to explain how to customize a bowl, polite and professional.“
