My husband and I had dinner tonight at Mi Casa es tu Casa for the first time. The owner, Anna, was very helpful in describing different dishes and showed us photos from their Facebook page. We decided on sharing an order of Fajitas.

Very Fresh and Authentic Cuisine, A Breath of Fresh Air for Edneyville's Restaurant Scene. Everything We Ordered Came Out Hot and Delicious, Our Waitress was Very Friendly, and The Restaurant was Very Clean. We Will Definitely Be Back!!! Mi Casa es tu Casa is a lovely place with many delicious options beyond the typical mexican restaurant menu choices. Friendly service, clean and pleasant atmosphere. The chilaquiles were excellent, and everyone loved their food. Good kids menu and kid friendly layout. The salsas are fantastic. A hidden gem. Food is hot and delicious with generous portions. Don’t leave without churros. The casa chicken burrito, beef tostada and chicken enchilada were excellent. The best Mexican food. The beans that came with the burrito were amazing. Service is fast and attentive. The chicken enchiladas with green sauce were SO yummy. Authentic Tacos and soups are amazing. Standout beans are particularly noteworthy. The ambiance is simple, but the culinary expertise shines through in every dish. The focus is clearly on delivering outstanding food.
