I want to do a shout out to a Sam’s Club employee at the Hendersonville location. Today I went to pick up one of my medications which normally is not that expensive. But because of a mix up it was going to be well over $375 for a months supply in stead of $25 for a 3 months supply. Christina work very hard with my insurance company and was able to get it worked out so I could have my life saving medication. The folks at Sam’s don’t always get the credit they deserve but...
Why would you not let people know you're closed for Easter? I understand it's a holiday and it's great that you allowed employees to celebrate it but we just drove 20 minutes (one way) for nothing. I wouldn't have wasted my time had you posted you were closed on the app or even here on Facebook. And we weren't the only ones - 15 cars must have pulled in there while we were turning around.
