Have mercy Miss Percy this is a throwback to them days of Schlitz and Boones Farm and sweetie darling waitresses. This joint is like it was plucked slap out of the seventies with the billiard (pool) tables and long comfortable bar with the friendly service. A piece of Americana but for them IPAs . I recently moved to Hickory, NC, and looked online to find a place to shoot pool. I have yet to find a place in Hickory that I like as much as I do Fyreside, and it's only a 10 minute drive.I enjoy playing in their weekly Thursday night pool tournament and have visited a few other times for the live music. Heather is a super bartender, and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming here.

This was the first time going here, we went for the food and entertainment, and we were not disappointed at all... I meet the owner JP, because of my sis, Christy Reid.... he was very nice and respectful, and the service was great, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.....
