This was the first time here for my kids, and they didn't like the food. It's too salty, and the burgers are so tiny. My husband was very disappointed with his burger too.

This is the Worst drive thru in hickory!! that stupid computer order system is useless. I will never go back there again. The employees inside instead of taking my order just laughed so I drove off. I see why they stayed closed so long and why they will probably close again soon.

I’m not really sure why I have to pull around and wait so long to get my food when I don’t order that much. It happens every time I go.

Horrible service. They actually put my cash and change in my box of french fries. I tried calling their posted number to complain and was told I would be contacted back, which never happened. Every time I’ve gone there, they’ve messed up my order.

I think it's ridiculous when you order almost $30 worth of food and you ask for one ranch and they refuse to give it to you. Oh it will be 0.50. I asked for managers number. He said he was a general manager and part owner. He said if I got them free I would give them out free. If I hadn't of already paid I would have left. I would understand if i asked for 10 but I asked for ONE. Very rude. Next time will go somewhere else and spend my money. I could of went to a sit down NICE restaurant and they don't charge extra for one ranch. Do better.

Used to love checkers before it closed. Has now been reopened maybe a year. Decided to try again at lunch. I got a Checker burger and a fish sandwich. The burger and the fish tasted old, especially the fish. Either way old or a very low grade of products. If I had eaten it there I would have took both back but on lunch hour and wouldn't have had time anyway. Doubt I'll go back anytime soon, or if I do I'll open it up and taste it and take it back for a refund.
Id love to say that checkers had more to offer than killer fries but at this current time I can't. My husband and I entered the drive thru like always and wanted to try the new wings checkers had to offer. The sweet and smoky wings were great. The garlic Parmesan ones literally tasted like garlic, rotten food and butter. It was as if someone had took our fried wings dipped them in garlic and butter and then took a dead rotten fish and smacked them with it a few times. So we circled thru the drive thru again thinking that we could just swap them out for something actually edible. Not only were we denied edible food but we were given attitude as if we did something wrong and mind you we spend a lot of money at that location. Poor service, poop attitude and we didn't even get to eat the rest of our meal so sad we will not ever be going back. I suggest you do the same such a shame!!!!!

My wife and I really enjoy the burgers here. It’s sad though when my wife specifically asks for no cheese on her burger and they always put cheese on it.
Previous times we have scrapped it off and moved on but we finally went back to the drive thru to attempt at correcting it. Well the lady said, “it comes with cheese, then tells us to pull up to the window.” We ask if we can get the burgers without cheese and lady at the window proceeds to tell us, “I have a headset along with 3 other people in here and nobody heard you say NO CHEESE.” So clearly this issue wasn’t getting “resolved”. Instead we’d like to send reoccurring customers away unhappy. This is not how you do business.
