Of course their fries are the best!. They no longer have the checkers chillyburger. As use to be a standard on the menu. If the employees was not in such a hurry. They might had been a bit nicer... I drove 2 hours just to go to a checkers. Have not had it in over 20 years. Seemed like a good splurge the moment journey. Foods ok. Just a different type of fast food. Wish they would bring it back to asheville though.. there is no dinning room. Sit outside or drive thru onlyParking: Very limited space. Have to park at the gas station. The directions for the 2 drive thru makes it hard and confusing being on that corner.

Everything was wonderful—great communication from the manager at the window, food is great as always. I’m just sad that I didn’t get either order of fries and it was too late after my 20 min drive home to turn around. Will go again, just hoping I can get my fries :(

Just ordered for the office on a Saturday lunch,bacon was uncooked , hamburger patties was claimed that they was freshly made and they were dry and salt and they open at 10 and it was only 20-25 mins of them being open . I called the location store 1000 HICKORY NC and I was told nicely “ that their stuff is fresh and bacon was not raw it was cooked to standard and i disagreed , I also asked for my money back and that’s was not a option . However he did agree to replace the order but take a look at the picture and tell me that’s not “ UNCOOKED BACON “! Keep in mind I paid $54 next time I’ll spend my $$ at longhorn ??

Someone please explain to me what the difference is between handing a mobile order out of the drive thru window and handing it out of the walk up window. Why are you making people who order ahead get out of their vehicles just to go to a different window?
