Absolutely fantastic staff and service. But please explain the food.... You are ALWAYS out of staple menu items 2 and 3+ hours before close. The side dishes are inconsistent at best, never the same 2 visits in a row. And when ordering brisket, I want more than 50% of it to be actual meat not just fat.
This is more like a Texas BBQ restaurant than a Carolina style BBQ restaurant. The meats are very good, as are their fries. Most of the rest of the sides are just okay. And the dessert we got (Apple cobbler) wasn't very good. It was more like a cake, and was served cold.
The servers are very nice and attentive. It's a little pricy, so we won't be coming back too often, but it's good for if you want a different kind of BBQ.

The brisket is to die for, melts in your mouth. I’ve been here a handful of time and the food never disappoints. The atmosphere is awesome, drinks are great. Zach and Tucker know how to run a restaurant. Give this place a try, I promise you wont be disappointed!
