Dunkin' Donuts in Hickory

“I shared with one of the workers something that took place previously, and they assured me that it was wrong. Well I have to tell you, I am very happy with this place after visiting today. I tried a Boston creme, and the last time I tried one in a dunkin' Donuts was in Four Oaks, and it was very bad. Or maybe South Carolina. Wasn't good, trust me, but this exceeded my expectations. Now I know where to go for Boston Creme donuts. I have been a very frequent visitor. You won't be disappointed. I get an egg, cheese and bacon, plain bagel sandwich, and it's good.“

“Awesome service!!! One of the best places around for hospitality - not kidding. Adam and the other guys are so attentive to fixing your orders. I get my stuff on the app all the time and they know what I like! I've seen them go above and beyond for other guests. Seeing that is so cool - makes the vibe really warm and cozy, knowing the staff really do want us there.“

“Manager Adam is exceptional at his job and customer service and always takes could have me in a timely fashion and makes sure the food /order is perfect every time . And my children love seeing him bc he is such a friendly person and he makes sure they get the best looking donuts ever is what my 4 year old wanted to say as well Saturday April 19 around 530 great service will always come back Adam takes care of his customers very well . Store looked amazing and order was completed very fast and quickly .“

“Most of the employees are so nice and accommodating, my only complaint is that usually my drinks have too much ice. But my drinks are always made fast and correctly, most of the bad reviews have clearly just never worked customer service or understand how workplaces work. Like sorry but calling corporate on teenage minimum wage workers won’t help anybody.“

“I sometimes visit the store in my new route to work in the afternoons.
I am always greeted by ALYSSA. I want to compliment her for being sweet every time I ask a question, she is very helpful explaining. She is great at multitasking , always cleaning and working hard and always SO KIND!
I don't usually write comments but I thought this was necessary as l don't see this at other locations I have visited.“

“Haven't been to Dunkin donuts for years. They have upped their menu quite a bit from what I remember. Tried the sausage egg and cheese croissant. Quite tasty with a regular coffee. I would order that again. I remember a wider donut selection.“
