I placed order online for 12 pm. When I arrived there was only one staff worker. Order almost ready at 12:20 pm. Missing two items and had to wait additional time. By then I had reheat food at home. Poor service, way below previous visits.
This is the best chicken place in Hickory now, by a mile (East Coast Wings has gone way downhill and their max spice level being X-hot now is just sad). The menu isn't huge because everything they do (I've tried everything I believe), they do very well. The prices are also really good. Do yourself a favor and try it out. You won't want to go anywhere else in the city for chicken, unless you need a whole one, spicy or not.
