Starbucks

Revising my review once again. We visit a lot of Starbucks stores. This one has consistently been the worst-managed store we have encountered, and unfortunately it has been this way for years. This week the drive-thru register was down - allll week. That is what happens and is why I am frustrated - an issue comes up, and management doesn't resolve it for an extended time period. Food and drinks were all exactly as ordered, but the service was next level. Both the young lady taking the order for the drive thru, and the one at the window deserves recognition for how fantastic their customer service was. They were both friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, competent, and professional, and the list goes on. My favorite location and luckily the one right by my apartment. Service is always fast and I get so excited when the drive thru guy is the dude with the short curly greenish blueish hair he is very polite and funny! Thank
