The past 3 times I placed an order for delivery it has taken an hour or more to get one sandwich delivered about a mile from this store. I'm not sure if it's a staffing or systems issue, but it's definitely not a "freaky fast" process.

The two guys were nice and all in there tonight but the bread was so overcooked and burnt, and my sandwich was wrong. I got the Billy club but it only had roast beef and that’s it on it. It was such a mess and I couldn’t eat it. Never again

This location is absolutely terrible! Like other reviewers, the sandwich is not prepared properly. It’s a huge mess, hard to eat and not as ordered. The bread is so small and the ingredients spill out. Do yourself a favor and order from a different location.

Placed an order online as I have numerous times. I'm aware they can take over half an hour or more. It has now been an hour and a half so I call the store to make sure my order didn't get lost or delivered to somewhere else. Girl on the phone seemed nice enough but then after stating my complaint proceeded to tell me they were out of something on my order, no biggie it happens. I gave her a replacement item and it was cool. Suggested maybe they call or text customer if order is going to be an oddly long time. She then hung up on me. I placed my order at 11:28 it is now 1:08 and still haven't showed up. Not professional. Didn't offer a partial refund, coupon or anything to make up for their mistake. 10 outta 10 don't recommend.

I order from here because I'm at work, 3 minutes down the street. Seems like it would be here in a few minutes. It never is and it's always something with this location. Last time the driver didn't have change as I was paying in cash and I never got my sandwich. After calling the store she was to return with the sandwich and change. Never saw them again. For the $17 I paid today, I'll spend it more wisely next time at Firehouse or Subway or anywhere on 127 except here.

It'd been a while since I was here. I was hoping things got better. Sadly they have not. I came in at 2:50 the lady serving me was disheveled. The store was a mess. I ordered something on wheat bread but they were out of it. I was told the latest batch that was baked they threw out since it was mush or raw. I can't remember the word she used.
I love jimmy johns but this location I will never go back to unless ownership changes.
At 2:44 on a Saturday, I placed a mobile order. I waited 10 minutes in the store before anyone acknowledged I was there. At this point I was told they couldn’t make my order because they were out of bread. Didn’t offer to refund, I had to ask about getting money back. Customer service needs improvement.
