This establishment used to be great. The past few years it has really gone downhill. The past 2 orders I placed online and when I got there to pick them up they had not even stated the order. Jimmy John’s used to be known for “freaky fast” service but this establishment is definitely not that. Cleanliness also seems to be a problem here too.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I stopped in on my way home from work in Lincolnton to grab subs for me and my fiancé. The experience was disgusting from start to finish. The floor was sticky, and while making my sandwich the employee grabbed a coworker’s cell phone with her gloves on, then continued making the food. Absolutely unsanitary.
When we got home, my fiancé unwrapped his sub to find a short curly black hair right on the sub. I immediately called the store, and the so-called “general manager” told me I’d have to drive all the way back because, in her words, “people lie all the time.” I explained I wasn’t driving an hour round trip just to prove their mistake. She claimed she was “the highest” authority after I told her I was unhappy with the customer service and wanted to speak to someone, then hung up on me.
Moral of the story: don’t waste your time, money, or health here. If you value cleanliness and customer service, look elsewhere.

Called me at 9:20pm to state that they can cancel my online order for 2 sandwiches because they are closed. I explained that the store hours were until 10pm and the app allows you to order. Worker wouldn’t budge and I regret not getting her name, awful customer service. I live a few minutes away and drove by the store on the way to another restaurant, to my surprise, there is literally no one in the store and the order could have been done. But, workers are lazy and don’t want to do the job they get paid for. Will not be coming back there ever again. Thanks for refunding my money at least!

Food was horrible. My bread was like a brick. Complained and they agreed to make me new sandwich with hot bread straight from the oven. They asked that I wait 10 minutes for bread to cook. Brought me new sandwich and bread was cold as ice, not fresh out of oven as promised. Sme problem several months ago. We will never return and warn everyone we know.

Been here twice...food is great but service is horrible. Everyone there is unprofessional in their communications. They all seem unhappy and I guess their rudeness is common. I dont plan on coming back.

This place was horrible. I paid $16 for a combo then waited 24 minutes for a cold sub! Only one worker… got back to work and sub was wrong. I called back to store and they said they couldn’t refund money but could make me a new one.. I was back at work already!!!!!! Don’t waste your time and money! Just don’t!

Dont order here!!! They have hours posted on google but there is never anyone in the store and the doors half the time are locked when they are supposed to be open. I placed a mobile order and waited 20 mins to see if anyone would come open the doors. They didn’t, still waiting for my refund. Save yourself dont order from this god awful JJ’s

I placed a mobile order after checking to make sure the store was open. I got the notification that the order was received. I arrived 5 minutes later and they were closed. Even though online they were supposed to open another hour. There is now a charge on my card, days after. This has been a problem several times now. Don’t recommend this location.
While I still like the food I have to quit coming here. No one in front of me and I am still waiting for my sandwich - coming up on 10 minutes. Employees all look like they hate it here. One girl started my sandwich and then switched with another girl who worked on it for a little bit and then disappeared in the back. No more freaky fast. Now just freaky.

This place has gone down hill. Food order wrong the last two times we picked up food here. Food is low quality. For what they are charging for a sandwich, how about increasing the quality of your food and service. I'll never go back to this place.

This is the store that's in Hickory North Carolina store number 2327. We went in there to the store at 6:37 p.m. chk#58number. The bread was so hard and so skinny that they can't even hardly put the meat on it. I have pictures I have the receipt and if I could give him any lower I would it used to be a fantastic place to eat. We were the only ones in the store also. They had just put five trays of bread in the oven.

Food is good, but service is meh. Particularly on takeout pre orders.
The friendliness was neutral, but I was there for the food !! It was delicious as usual. And packed full. I definitely got my money's worth
