“Plant Based Boss is a staple to the Hickory community! I go frequently with a vegetarian friend (I’m a non-vegetarian/vegan but enjoy the cuisine) and we almost always get the Olmec Bowl together, sit down, and catch up on months of news for one another. The owners are always pleasant and recommend the best food on their menu. I can’t wait to go every time I do and always leave feeling full. Already looking forward to my next visit 😁“

“I would like to say I had an issue with 2 former employees that I made a review about. I am now changing my review to 5 stars. The manager made it right, and now they have a great team, and hard workers too. I highly recommend giving them a try!! The smoothies are fantastic! It is rare to have people who are so dedicated to their customers.
I highly recommend the strawberry, banana, and add peanut butter, so good!
Several reviews on this site are in regards to the same 2 employees, please give them another try as the situation has been rectified.“
“This was our first time visiting yesterday! And I never ever leave reviews at restaurants. But let me tell you this was the absolute best experience for me and my son. My kid is a picky eater and it takes a lot to impress him. But both him and myself couldn't say enough good things about this place. The woman manager was amazing, the staff were so attentive and sweet. And the food was by far the best ive had in a long time. I literally tried half the menu and the bill wasn't even $100. These guys are great and we will definitely be back for sure. Let me also add that the food was so fresh and you could tell it had been mad with good ingredients. Try this place out! You WILL NOT be disappointed!“
