My advice save your money and NEVER eat here
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE is why I don’t recommend the Hickory, NC Popeyes. Tonight we waited in the drive thru for almost 15 min before our order was taken. This was at 8 (maybe 8:15) and they close at 10. Then the attendant says they’re out of spicy for the night. We’re down to wait, don’t try to act like we’re dumb…. There is literally always an issue when my husband and I go there. Bad thing is every time we go to Hickory we look forward to going to Popeyes....read full review
Good food, Horrible customer service!! Regarding the Popeye’s in Kannapolis, NC: we just waited 45 minutes for 3 pc chicken, side of Mac and cheese. Got tired, hot waiting in car so went in, still had to wait! Others continued to get their orders, some had to wait. No logic at all!!! Told them this was unacceptable, no response! We’re done! That’s it for us!!! No “sorry”, no free drink, no receipt (therefore no survey), ran out of Coke….
