6 available seats inside at 1 table offers zero privacy for conversation, ordered 10 mins. ahead and still waited 10 mins. inside for a plain coffee.

We came inside to order our food and coffee since the drive thru was wrapped around the building. We thought it would be faster. But we waited over 30 minutes to get what we ordered causing us to be late to church. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks we have EVER been to with the workers showing absolutely NO sense of urgency! I would NOT recommend this Starbucks to anyone.

We doordashed Starbucks one time and ordered four sirachas, and they didn't include any, we ordered 24 this time and they included a whole pack with a cute note that said sriracha, lots of siracha!
We love the Starbucks siracha and it was his birthday, it was a great birthday gift, thank you Starbucks!

So frustrated with Starbucks everywhere that completely prioritize dive thru and all but ignore people dumb enough to come out of their cars to order inside. Walked in. Neither of the 2 staff acknowledged me. Left me standing at the register unacknowledged for 2 minutes while working on drive thru. I gave up and walked out to their snarky have a great day. I give up on Starbucks. Store customers are ignored or placed back of line. It just sucks as experience now.

I mobile ordered and I live about 7-8 minutes away. When I got there and said my name in the speaker I got talked to condescendingly about waiting at least 10 minutes before coming to get my order. Didn’t know that was a rule.

Unfortunately a very obvious dedication to drive thru and lack of care for front end physical customers. I watched over a dozen vehicles be served while waiting. Very disappointing to have to order via drive thru for average to quick service.
