Stopped in today to get a small coffee and grab some used coffee grounds for composting. 1st thing when I walked in the girl working mumbled something and looked annoyed to have a customer because the drive through was busy. Second when I ordered the coffee she said the machine was broken and she could do an americano. Third she said we don't do grounds at this location and i said shure you do, every location does and I've gotten them plenty of times from that location. Than they tried to charge me the extra 2 dollars for the americano and convenienced her to charge for the coffee and I left the 2 dollars as a tip. And the final nail in the coffin was when she gave me the coffee I said thank you she said nothing in response so I said it a second time and she mumbled at me. And the manager on duty didn't seem to know how to respond when I brought this up to her. Just a bad experience from start to finish and I'm not one that likes to complain but they need some serious customer service training at this location. McDonald's down the street is better.

Ever since the remodel I try to avoid this location. I used to come in here with my book club or my teen girls. We would sit and talk wor a few hours and consume several drinks each. But now there's one ridiculously tall communal table that only has a few chairs and that's just about all except for outside seating which isn't usable parts of the year. The inside just screams "get your coffee and get out !" In addition ... I order the exact same drink every time at every location with the exception of the holiday flavors and everytime I get it at this location it tastes off.

Oct. 2024 Update. The new interior layout is nice. Although many of the dining tables have been removed, there's still a few seats including outside patio. The flow, efficient and layout is well planned out. Orders are made timely because staff aren't necessarily tripping over each other.
Never Gets Order Wrong. Great service, attitude and environment. I would like to support our local coffee shops, but we don't receive the same level of service at those places. Which surprises me.

There is one thing I need help with understanding. I waited for my mobile order for almost 25 minutes, even the two women who arrived later than me and ordered at the cashier got their drinks faster than me. I had to approach to the staff to ask if my drink was ready. Then he just realized that the cup with my name had been set aside and ignored for long!!!!!! Okay! So what’s the issue here? Is that because I ordered with my real name, which apparently is not an English name or is that because I have an Asian “foreign” face? If you don’t want to be treated differently, please don’t come to this store. My last time here.
