Placed order for two subs online. Simple instructions and nothing fancy on the sandwiches. Ordered a turkey with mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickles, oil/vinegar. Got home to chopped up bits of turkey drowned in mayo and mustard—-nothing else. Paying attention to simple instructions goes a long way. Probably my last visit.

Ronnie has the worst customer service ever like it doesn't even exist. He's rude. He doesn't know how to smile. Everybody else is fine. I need their at least once or twice a week. Good very fast. Ronnie just has zero personality. And comes off as brash and arrogant. I specifically go to the subway because it's like a less than an eighth of a mile from my house but guess I'm going to have to start going to the other one on 127

Placed an online order for my grandparents and me to eat for Sunday lunch. Everyone’s order was wrong besides my grandpas and quite frankly his could’ve been wrong too but he eats anything in front of him with no complaints (?)My 6” sub didn’t have cheese- I’m pregnant and that ruined my day (if you know you know!!!) also got a small pizza with cheese and pepperoni (you have to pay extra for pepperoni) but guess what wasn’t on my pizza! PEPPERONI. & it was cold.My grandmas order was wrong, ordered the sweet onion teriyaki 12” and tell me why she had a plain chicken sub with no SAUCE. That’s an up-charged sub for not being basic, and we paid the extra for NO REASON.Called to ask what can be done about it, or to Atleast get decent customer service and the employee basically said she can’t believe what I’m saying is true because I am not bringing my subs and pizza back up to them to see for themselves, I am not driving 15 minutes one way and 15 back when it should’ve been done right the first time. Just because someone isn’t in front of you to watch your every move and make sure you do YOUR JOB right doesn’t mean you should slack off and do a poor job. Integrity; doing the right thing even when no one else is looking. They should hire more people who have that quality.Also should work on customer service for all employees. Not impressed and not sure that I will be going back to this location for the foreseeable future.

03/02/24 6:30pm. Today I asked for an order and I was served by a young woman, who needs a little education, it seems that she has never known the word thank you, her facial expression was like one of disgust, otherwise everything was pleasant, I told her thank you and just He frowned his face.

Tried to order and the person with the grey beard tried pushing a version of the desired sandwich and would not let it go after being told that we didn't want it. Situation turned into a verbal altercation and an unsatisfactory product. I will not be going back.

Walked in with one person in front of me and three employees behind the counter. All three employees ignored myself and the other gentleman for at least 5 minutes. No welcome to subway or anything they didn’t even look up and acknowledge that we were there. Sucks last resort treats their customers better than this place. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Ordered some food online. Walked in to pick up my order, and the little edgelords working in there literally huffed and scoffed about every single person that walked in while I was standing there waiting on my food. When I got home with my food, 3 out of 4 of my subs were almost completely wrong which is odd, considering that the receipt on the bag perfectly listed my order as I ordered it online. Apparently the staff just didn't have the cognitive ability to read an order. Maybe it's because they're too worried about complaining when customers walk in to actually read an order and make it correctly. Who knows but I wouldn't recommend ordering from here at least after 4pm unless you're sitting there watching them and making sure they're making your food the way you want.

Rude treatment by older man at register. First he barked at female employee in front of other employee and customers and then rude to me when I asked for Dressing after my protein bowl was already closed up. I thought you could get dressing in packets to go. The when I asked for a fork he got it out of a cabinet behind him and slammed the cabinet door. Excuse me that I wasn't going to eat my salad some place I had access to dressing and a fork. And it cost $33 for 2 subs. 1 protein bowl, 2 bags of chips. No drinks. Never again!

The older gentleman that works there is flat out rude and lazy. He wouldn't go into the back to get more chicken when he had just had the young girl working go back into the back and get it for the to go order he HAD to do before he took my order, after standing there 10 minutes. The person that placed the to go order must have placed it in the parking lot and came in, as they didn't have time to get it ready yet and they started on it before taking my order after I had stood there for 10 minutes already. Either way, the older gentleman tried to act like they were out of chicken, when he just didn't want to walk back into the back and get more. So I left. I can spend my money somewhere else. I doubt I'll go back to this location because every time I go, he's working and always completely rude.

Lady making subs was rude and unprofessional

If you want a BLT sub with the normal 4 slices of bacon for a six inch do not go to this location. They only give you two slices and they charge you for a vegetarian sub with an extra charge for the bacon, even with a coupon. They said they took the Blt off the menu and if I have a problem to call the franchise. Which I could understand but every other location in NC gives me 4 slices of bacon on my six inch, even at a lower cost??This location is so sketchy! Be aware! I only want what I'm paying for and they absolutely don't meet that criteria. The older man making my sub simply turned his back on me and walked away when I was talking to him to where a women had to come out from the back and finish my sub. Wild! Horrible service and location. They hate their jobs and their customers!! Never again!!

Me and my wife went to the subway in Bethlehem and the rude man who is working there said my wife could not bring her dog in there , I told him that she was a registered service dog and he said l don't care what kind of dog she is she is not allowed in here. Needless to say we will not be back. Very rude man.

The issue isn't with the food. The food is fine. As fine as Subway can be of course. Not my favorite sub restaurant. Just sayin'.My issue is that I have a registered service dog and the gentleman working tonight told me I couldn't bring my dog in. I said she is a registered service dog. He said his manager told him it didn't matter, that NO dogs are allowed in the store. I politely stated if he didn't mind losing the business, ok. Otherwise, I was not leaving without ordering and receiving my food. By law no establishment can refuse a service dog ???.
