I always get well-made sandwiches "Tim's Way" and friendly service. At times, they can be really busy, but other than that, I have no complaints. I eat here at least 15 times a month.
Forgot a couple things on my sub! They don't read the app orders very well!
I needed to change my time on my online order pickup due to my work I can't leave and wanted to change the time to when I got off work I tried to call multiple times but no one would answer the phone and there was no place on the app to change the time

Subway provides decent food, as expected from the chain. However, some customers have experienced poor service, including being prioritized after online orders and encountering unfriendly staff. One customer was even incorrectly told that their registered service dog was not allowed in the store, despite it being against the law. Despite these issues, the restaurant remains a convenient option for a quick bite.
