Ronnie has the worst customer service ever like it doesn't even exist. He's rude. He doesn't know how to smile. Everybody else is fine. I need their at least once or twice a week. Good very fast. Ronnie just has zero personality. And comes off as brash and arrogant. I specifically go to the subway because it's like a less than an eighth of a mile from my house but guess I'm going to have to start going to the other one on 127
Placed an online order for my grandparents and me to eat for Sunday lunch. Everyone’s order was wrong besides my grandpas and quite frankly his could’ve been wrong too but he eats anything in front of him with no complaints (?)My 6” sub didn’t have cheese- I’m pregnant and that ruined my day (if you know you know!!!) also got a small pizza with cheese and pepperoni (you have to pay extra for pepperoni) but guess what wasn’t on my pizza! Placed order for two subs online. Simple instructions and nothing fancy on the sandwiches. Ordered a turkey with mayo, mustard, lettuce, onion, pickles, oil/vinegar. Got home to chopped up bits of turkey drowned in mayo and mustard—-nothing else. Paying attention to simple instructions goes a long way. Probably my last visit.
