If you come to this Wendy's I suggest the drive through. The employee running register for the dinning room part does not listen to what the customers are saying. I asked for a lemonade with no ice. She brings me one with ice. I let it go and didn't say anything. I had a few mins to wait for lunch so I waited. I go back and order my food after they done the switch. I asked for another lemonade to take with me. Again I said no ice. I said it twice the first time the Second time I said it 3 times. She still put ice in it. I was telling her the whole time she was putting the ice in that I did not want ice. Just like I didn't with the first one. Then she proceeds to roll her eyes and go pour it back in the pitcher. If someone is hard of hearing don't have them taking customers orders.

Everytime we get food they never add the sauce or straws and make it a big deal of I start looking through the bag. Then have the nerve to assure us that everything is there and no need to check. Only to get home and find everything I asked for is not there. Do better.

Came in to see a sanitation score of 96.5. Manager on her phone at the drive through and no one to take my order at the front. (He was out vaping and did not wash his hands before taking my order.) He was fussed at infront of me by the manager explaining that he doesn't so that when she is on lunch. The Dave's single w/fries was ok. Soda was flat. Dining room could have been cleaner.

I just recently went into the store in 1-27-24I went into the restroom where there was no wet floor sign unknowing that the floor was wet I slipped and fell in the restroom.After I had to used the restroom I walk out the door then there is a wet floor sign.The staff was very rude on their phones and talking and I waited 10 minutes to place an order.I was very frustrated.I will be contacting corporate due to the slip and fall in the restroom.
