The service is pretty slow and the employees never have any clue how to use their coupons on the app even when we explain it to them in vivid, excessive detail. It is unclear if one is to order first or pay first for ice cream since customers do both which allows others to inadvertently cut the line. Thank goodness for he yummy ice cream otherwise this fair 2 star rating would actually be a poor 1 star (out of 5).
I am writing this review in response to the below written review by miss Candace fisher russell...who should really be aware of her surroundings before throwing a tantrum in public while verbally abusing staff members and threatening to then denounce them via Facebook. Placed an order for an employees birthday cake online 2 days ago for pick up this morning at 6:15. After standing in the back for almost 10 minutes the manager came out and said they had not made the cake. Found the order, but had not even started it. Oh, they could still do it if I wanted to come back "in an hour or so" REALLY????
