Cold Stone Creamery is a place where customers can enjoy ice cream, shakes, or smoothies. The ice cream can be ordered in a cone or cup. Signature suggestions are great, but customers can also make their own by picking a flavor of ice cream and adding ingredients like peanuts, Kit Kat, Reece’s pieces, Heath bars, pineapple, cinnamon, and nuts. The founder’s favorite is also mentioned as soo good. The ice cream is smooth and velvety, and the flavors are all blended very well. The place is small with limited seating inside and a few seats and tables outside. It is attached to a Jimmy John’s. Some seating is outside. The service is great, with kind, friendly, and fast workers who give good energy. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, though the glass could use some cleaning. Customers can order over the phone and get exactly what they wanted, including custom orders, and some extra on top. A birthday cake ordered a week before was delicious and awesome to look at. The service was great, and the two teens greeted customers when they walked in and were nice throughout the whole ordering process. Highly recommended.
