I NEVER leave negative reviews but this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a restaurant pre-order! I ordered Thanksgiving dinner 3 days ago to be picked up today. The site allowed me to pay online and pick a time for pick up. Sounded like a dream. However, I showed up 15 minutes prior to my pick up time and the line was already wrapped around the parking lot.
