Will not be going back to this location in high point North Carolina on North main Street unless they send me a gift card. I went to drive through got a white chocolate mocha it was the worst I ever had. I know the one in Lexington North Carolina was great.
I'm in from out of town and I visited this store on Saturday and Sunday and both times I had to wait for 15 minutes for my coffee and the interior of the store was empty. Everyone was focused on the drive thru only. These employees need to be trained to deal with higher volumes of business. If I lived here, I wouldn't go back to this store.

A group of ten of us came to have coffee after church, and it seemed like the manager didn’t appreciate that we were speaking Spanish. She even turned the radio volume way up afterward.
Very unprofessional behavior — it’s not like we weren’t paying customers.
