Would be 3.5 if possible. Food was delicious and fresh, but they had more than their fair share of hiccups. On a Monday night there were limited menu options for our 745 pm arrival (ie all fish options were sold out - about 6 on the menu) limited service/understaffed, messy tables near us not bused despite waiting patrons, long waits between courses and check out.
Ordered off the lunch menu. Szechuan chicken and pad Thai with chicken. Ok flavor. Way too many noodles relative to the meat. Almost no stir fried vegetables in the Szechuan dish. Was ok but not great. Sat at counter overlooking kitchen which was interesting to watch except staff seemed grumpy which would think they wouldn't want guests to see.

Service was awful. Ambiance is an A+ . Food is very creative, but lacked the flavor of each country. They definitely try, but have not mastered the true spices & flavors of the dishes they serve.
