Bill was the official caterer for a business program I was in and I have to say that receiving his meals was a highlight of the program for me. I recently attended two meetings in Holly Springs in which Billiam's catered both events. There was probably 35-45 at the first event, and 60-70 at the second, and both times Billiam's served beautifully presented and very tasty meals. There was great variety of different foods to meet different tastes, and it was prepared like it was homemade. Nicely done! Bill catered an event for us a few weeks ago. The food was awesome! He was very patient and helpful as our plans kept changing. He easily adapted and offered help making good food decisions. My guests especially enjoyed the chicken salad in phyllo cups. The cupcakes were delicious. We had a guest who was eats gluten free. He was able to provide tasty alternatives for her as well. Everything I ordered exceeded my expectations in flavor. And what tops the cake is that William will deliver the meals to your home or office and allow last minute add on items (based on availability) if you are having a particular craving!
