Went to Dunkin’ Donuts this morning they’re always so busy even being very understaffed I understand that it’s not the employees fault they’re very friendly nice and helpful Jennifer and Davida are always upbeat and willing to help. I will always called is my Dunkin Donuts store and I just wanna make sure everyone understands no one‘s perfect these people have family bills just like we all do everything so expensive in this economy just be kind.

However, some customers have faced challenges such as long waiting times, especially for in-person orders, and equipment issues like missing napkins. The dispatcher sometimes prioritizes online and drive-thru orders, which can delay in-store customers. Despite this, the staff often tries to help, though occasional slow service and communication problems occur. The drive-thru tends to receive more attention than the in-store experience, leading to some frustration. Overall, Dunkin' provides a mix of excellent service, tasty treats, and a friendly atmosphere, though delays and customer focus are areas that could improve.
