There's Always a problem with the kiosk!! You can't find the specials, from the app; on the kiosk, and the staff isn't that willing to assist with these issues! I've seen, On Many Occasions; Seniors standing in front of the kiosk, confused; while employees giggle and joke with each other; behind the counter!!!! Custom Disservice!!
There is nothing worse than accidentally ordering from this location when you meant to order from literally anywhere else, including the dumpster out back. One time we got a gordita crunch that had no Taco... Another the food was all soaking wet and cold... And just last night half the items were missing and the drinks were.. Among many other atrocities.

Really good service, and staff. We are sad to hear KFC will no longer be there in 2 weeks and will only be a Taco Bell. Closest will evidently be in Apex now.
