I have been coming to this Starbucks a couple times now and every time I see this wonderful employee called Hannah. She’s always so nice and like a ray of sunshine, automatically makes my day better. Best costumer service employee I have ever met. Wish more employees were like her! Amazing 5 stars recommend!!
My son's birthday was on Wednesday, so I walked into Harris Teeter to get a birthday cake for my son's 5th birthday, and I had to stop at Starbucks of course. I was greeted by Ms. I Catherine and she offered the best customer service I've had in a very long time. She went above and beyond and she even gave my kids stickers for the Birthday celebrations! Her manager, Miss violet even took it to the next level and grabbed more spinach feta egg wraps from their inventory...
Always welcoming for my morning routine. I am greeted with a smile and a warm coffee. Special kudos to Violetta, Catherine, Keith, who often go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
