My son's birthday was on Wednesday, so I walked into Harris Teeter to get a birthday cake for my son's 5th birthday, and I had to stop at Starbucks of course. I was greeted by Ms. I Catherine and she offered the best customer service I've had in a very long time. She went above and beyond and she even gave my kids stickers for the Birthday celebrations! Her manager, Miss violet even took it to the next level and grabbed more spinach feta egg wraps from their inventory...
Always welcoming for my morning routine. I am greeted with a smile and a warm coffee. Special kudos to Violetta, Catherine, Keith, who often go above and beyond to provide excellent service.
Vitalina was the young lady who served me. She had a smile and answered my questions with a very friendly and informative answer! She should get a raise! It was so nice to have someone so friendly behind the register. Definitely a great experience being served by her!
