I enjoy the food, however, I have been trying to talk with the manager since the beginning of August. I have tried emailing, talking to staff in person and over the phone- leaving my contact info everytime- being told they were going to talk to the manager that afternoon. I had an account before the name changed. I received the email about the name change and was told how to change my information over to continue to have the points I had earned but it did not work.
