Ordered take out and ordered double meat which I only received one portion. Additionally I ordered chips as a side which they forgot. Get home only to find my pollo asado has bones in it. Please be better, bones in the chicken mixed in a bowl can be dangerous.
Idk who is hating on this specific choptle when it is sooo good! The service is pretty good and the food is just scrumptious!
I always gets order pick up for my daughter with the drive thru lane. Order is always ready on time and made correctly. The bowl portion does seem a little smaller than other locations but she never mentions any issues

Chipotle Mexican Grill serves great and fresh food, with many customers reporting their meals are good if not great over dozens of visits. Specific meals mentioned include the beef Barbacoa burrito bowl, the Carne Asada burrito, and the pork, which is recommended. The food is described as huge and delicious.
Reviews on service and atmosphere are mixed. Many find the staff awesome, friendly, and amazing, providing excellent service and great explanation of food choices. The team is noted for being clean, friendly, and always fast. However, some experiences cite neglectful service, with one instance where a customer was left hanging, making the atmosphere feel inhospitable. Some note the location is new and its crew is adapting.
The restaurant is a hot spot for DoorDash orders, with the service for that being efficient. It is viewed as a convenient location that allows people to enjoy their food without a long drive. While not perfect, it is highly recommended by many for serving great food more times than not.
