“Great food, great value, friendly staff. It’s not every day that the person who cooks your food comes out to ask for your feedback. I was recommended to eat here from a few friends. Had wings with two sauces. I tried the jerk wet sauce and the New Orleans dry rub. The dry rub was my favorite and just enough spice. It also seems that they make their own ranch here. Kind of a red ranch. Loved it and my food!”

“VERY pleased with food and service. Unfortunately, we did not appreciate being seated in a bar environment! Tables near us were very loud and it made it difficult to really enjoy the fine food. When I asked the server what the quiet area (tables) were were used for she replied “that's the grandma section.” Given that we're paying an average of 50/person for their fine food I'll sit in the “grandma section” any day. You absolutely won't be disappointed with food or service - ambience and noise is a different story b”

If you have 3 hours and want to get a behind the scene experience of the beer making process every step of the way from water and grains and ending with finished product in packaging, this is the tour for you. The tour guide Mary did a great job explaining the process and answering questions. Additionally, all the employees we encoutered along the way were very friendly and showed great pride in their company and the immaculate Mills River facility!”

“My server’s name was TiAnna and I will say that she is one of the best that I have ever met.Not only does she have a great smile, but her personality matches it perfectly. I watched her as she waited on other tables and she treated them all with same amount of respect and curiosity. I also think she would make a great bartender, because if she does ever becomes a bartender I would probably become an alcoholic.”

“Wonderful vibes and good selection of coffee house drinks and little bites. Owner is super supportive of the community especially after hurricane helene. Opened probably before they were ready just to give people place to commune and access to internet. Love it.”

“Awesome, love the constantly changing ciders based on time of year. Never a long wait either with plenty of seating.
My only complaint is some of the bar staff can have zero personality or be outright rude which is very off putting. Other than the interactions with them, 5 stars.”

“We stumbled into Fireside bases on a friend's recommendation. Wow are we glad. the food was simply amazing. we had Carmel apple pancakes (to die for!), biscuits and sausage gravy, and a chorizo omelet. Tracy was our server and she was incredibly friendly! we couldnt have asked for a better experience. Fireside will be a must do every time we come to Hendersonville!”

I've partaken all the James Beard Asheville chefs for a while now...as well as any and all "new best thing restaurant" that comes to be. Nothing...I repeat, nothing in WNC compares to The Silo. You will not be disappointed. And if...if you are and you communicate it- they will make it right. You will have one of the best meals of your life.”
