“Exceptional Dining Experience at Que Onda Original!

We'd heard rave reviews about the original Que Onda restaurant, and our curiosity was piqued. Although we'd tried many of their dishes at other locations, we were eager to explore new options. The birria torta and birria ramen exceeded our expectations. The generous serving of tender, juicy meat was perfectly seasoned. The drinks were also very amazing and thirst quenching.

What truly stood out, however, was the restaurant's warm and inviting atmosphere. Even though this is the oldest Que Onda restaurant, it still holds its own homey charm - a true testament to the owners and manager's dedication to preserving its authentic character.

“We arrived here at 2:30 in the afternoon. So it was slow as expected for the time slot. There was only one other booth occupied apart from ours. We didn't have to wait to be seated nor for service. They have an extensive menu from breakfast thru lunch & into dinner. I ordered the Fish Fry Sandwich w/cheese & Fries. I ordered the Cheddar Baked Potato Soup as an appetizer and the Cheesy Potato Bake as an additional side since it was a new item on the menu. My wife ordered the Fish Fry Sandwich as welll w/Onion Rings. Our food arrived pretty quicky and it was all nice and hot. I really enjoyed the Potato Soup. The Fish Sandwich was not bad. You can tell it was from the freezer. The taste was not too seafoody/fisfy. No issue with the fries, very good. My wife enjoyed her Fish Sandwich & Onion Rings. I didn't care for the Cheesy Potato Bake. For me it could of been hotter and had spent more time on the griddle to get a little more crisp on it. Large parking lot available. Prices were reasonable.“

“Let's be honest. We all LOVE Coffee. This is probably the best place to get that fix and then some. You owe it to yourself to stop in here and be treated great and enjoy the great taste of the best coffee you could dream of. Great job Rich Lytle on giving the people what we want and need. “We experienced the sweetest group of staff working here! The food was delicious especially the cinnamon biscuits covered in sugar. The breakfast bowl was extra large, enough for 2 servings. The best part though was the excellent staff and service ✨✨“

“We had the pleasure of dining at Cuzzo’s Cuisine while in town celebrating our 18th Anniversary! The food was absolutely delicious. Lisa, our server, was very attentive and friendly. The best part is that almost the entire menu is gluten friendly which gave us many options. We had the fried fish (flounder) with fries as well as Cajun and BBQ wings. Chef Andarrio signed my husband’s copy of his cookbook, “Kick’n it in the Kitchen”. Overall, the experience was great!“

“Good food service is good but could be just a lil bit better. The place was busy but over the food was good and to busy I take it back the was great for the restaurant to be packed!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone staying at a hotel near by or passing thru Charlotte it's right off the Highway easy off easy on!!!“

“very disappointed on tonight with the online wait list (I had 4ppl ahead) but when I arrived...we not on the list? which they claim is not theirs on Google ? but clearly has the online + wait list visible with their business name, etc (the male manager advised this wasn't their online doing) I suggested they need to remove that, because that causes confusion. And then got on the list AGAIN hand written; and I was never texted or called to be seated??‍♀️ and it's 1am now, lol, so we went to Billy's to eat next door. This is normally a good place to eat when we come to Charlotte, idk what happened tonight. *I believe you'll do better family, I KNOW you can; take them rags off your head at the front desk, get a good uniform policy for the hostesses/waiters, stop hollering/yelling across the restaurant (I saw the manager do this tonight) bring more professionalism in the establishment. love you? ms melody“
