Stopped by Defined Coffee on a Monday morning. Ordered the Mountaineer based on the barista’s recommendation. It was some of the best coffee I’ve ever tasted. Very good and the price was great. Highly recommend!
Conveniently located in a church lobby, Defined Coffee was hopping with activity, 10 AM on a Thursday morn. Bearded dude who served me was super friendly, professional and made a great reccomendation with their seasonal "Ghost of Christmas Past," a slightly spiced mocha. Coffee was a little pricey (more than $8 with tip), then again it's gourmet and there's that inflation thing again, (thx Joe Biden ? ?).

Defined in Huntersville has become my daily. This is real coffee made by people who care about it for those of us who prefer third-wave prep and sourcing.Service is friendly and quick. It’s located in the lobby of Lake Forest Church which means there is a lot of space for working quietly or meeting friends, etc. and I’ve found the atmosphere to be great. There is even a covered outdoor seating area with a fireplace. Wi-Fi is good. I recommend!
