love the options. ordered the mavin, which had blueberry, banana, almond butter, spinach, cinnamon, ginger, chocolate whey protein and coconut milk. The service was good and the space is clean. It's located in Birkdale Village so you can drink it outside in the green space.

I work in the shopping center and come here on my lunch breaks sometimes for little pick me up. I really like their Hulk Smoothie bowl. It is a smoothie consistency with toppings. It is really sweet and a nice way to satisfy sweet tooth cravings and not have a bunch of processed sugar. I also like I can save it in the fridge for a couple hours then eat it an hour before hot yoga and not feel like I am going to be sick in class.
