Nice location and great service, good range of plates and the food was tasty, would recommend for a local quick bite
Food was just ok (dessert was the best part), but the service was excellent. Caleb did a fantastic job in keeping us updated, answering our questions and serving our food. It was extremely loud for a 3:00 late lunch/early dinner. And even though there were only a few loud patrons, got the feeling we overstayed our welcome. 🤷🏼♀️
She crab soup was delicious. Coconut shrimp tasted like pancake batter, not good. French fries were cold. Crab cake was just ok. Caleb gave us great service.
Food was excellent! It was presented at the table at a proper temperature. Service was excellent. They were able to accommodate a late person to our reservation at the last minute!
Food was bland. Salad had some missing ingredients. Presentation of food wasn't as inviting as it was 15 years ago. Great server!
The food left much to be desired, but the drinks were enjoyable, and the service truly stood out. Maddie was not just friendly; she was incredibly accommodating, taking our feedback in stride while maintaining a warm smile. Her welcoming demeanor made the experience memorable, and if I were to return, I would certainly hope to have her as my waitress again, though I would opt for a different dish next time. Maddie's exceptional service was the highlight of the visit.
Our waiter (William?) was great. The steak and lobster was excellent. The appetizer cauliflower was terrible and way overpriced. My California cheeseburger was average and the fries were limp, greasy, and tasteless. Doubt we will go back.
Our server, Phillip, was excellent. The food was delicious. I will recommend you to our friends. Thank you! Migdalia Rivera
Let me set the stage... a cozy midday reservation with my fiancée for one of our monthly anniversary dates, the sun pouring in just right, and our appetites dialed in like food critics on a mission. Ha! Red Rocks Café didn't just deliver... oh no, they low-key seduced our taste buds. Follow me.... We kicked things off with the calamari. Now, I've had my share of rubber-band rings masquerading as squid, but this? This was golden-fried poetry. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, a squeeze of lemon and paired with an excellent marinara sauce that understood the assignment. She ordered the chicken wrap—an honest, humble dish that could've played it safe, but instead came out with bold flavor, fresh ingredients, and a tortilla hug that I'm sure I heard whisper “I got you.” I got a little jealous for a minute. Not gonna lie. Lol. Meanwhile, I dove into a burger that was less of a meal and more of a flex from the kitchen. Because they DID THAT. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and served with a side of tots? Top tier. Sometimes simple is the lane, if you know how to drive and the kitchen at RR was definitely cruising 80 on the freeway for our meal. It was everything. What about the service? Glad you asked...Impeccable. Our server struck that rare balance of being present without hovering. Polite, attentive, and clearly in sync with the vibe and very “on brand” for the place. The overall ambiance wrapped it all together. It was warm, polished, but not trying too hard. Just enough mood to remind you you're out somewhere nice, without feeling like you need to whisper your order. All in all, Red Rocks turned our lunch date into a memory. Which serves as proof that when food is done right and hospitality is heartfelt, even a midday meal can feel like an event. We will be back. Soon!
Great evening at Red Rocks! Our waitress, Elizabeth, was outstanding. We were a large party and she navigated our many requests with grace and good humor. She made the evening so easy and enjoyable.

The hostesses greeted us with smiles immediately and were very friendly. Our waitress was also nice and prompt. Once we were seated, I noticed that the 2 small plates on the table were visibly dirty and sticky to the touch. They were replaced with clean ones after I asked (strike 1). We ordered the spinach dip appetizer and they brought out old dip that had been microwaved. It tasted horrible, as I anticipated, and was inedible. What was appalling is that it LOOKED old and curdled and they still served it (strike 2)! Anyone who has had spinach dip knows it shouldn't be brown like old hummus. I was ready to leave after that because if the kitchen staff are willing to send out something like that, I could imagine what we were in for. My husband ordered the Cajun Steak dish and I ordered a crab cake sandwich. The crab cake was room temperature and so were my fries (strike 3). You know...as if our food had been ready for a while but was sitting. I ate the fries and took the mushy crab cake to go. The only flavor was the sauce. My husband's meal was just “ok”. We had their raspberry ripple cake for dessert and they brought it out ice cold. So cold that the cake crumbled as we tried to eat it. We made the mistake of expecting the same great food, flavor and service as the Providence location. Lesson learned. We won't be back. I suggest you go to the other location too. You'll be glad you did.
We had a reservation for 9 people. When we arrived the table was set and ready for us. Our server, Jack, handled the large crowd easily, anticipating our needs and providing excellent service. The food was excellent. Every one in the group was pleased with the way the evening went. We all had a wonderful time.
We've been here several times unfortunately this was the first time that we had a server that really just didn't wanna be there.
The food was fantastic! Highly recommend any of their steaks. We had Ron Ron shrimp and wings for appetizers--both were excellent. Cajun pasta and Bubba Wallace filets were perfect!
An unfortunate Mothers Day dinner. 1/2 hour late seating us from our reservation, glass of wine spilled by server on our table- which is not an issue until they say “Ill get someone to clean it” without helping at all immediately(??), out of soup, and a round of drinks ordered when food arrived didn't come until the meal was nearly finished. They overbooked this place and it showed all night.
