I stopped in here recently during lunch as it had been on my list of places to try. The place was clean and the staff was focused. It wasn't as busy on a Friday at lunch as I had expected, so that was nice. I ordered a Buffalo Bleu salad w/ added onions. They seem to be quite light on the protein and by default, they give you one 2.5oz allotment of dressing with a to-go salad, which given the size of the salad is rather inadequate. One of my favorite places for lunch. Food is always fresh and tasty. Prices are a little high, but it’s tough to find anything that is as good as this for a quick salad or wrap.

Great healthy approach to eating custom salads. Nice employees and clean restaurant. It’s kind of like chipotle but only for greens! It’s also priced reasonably and the food is great. I wish there were more of these in town
