Food is really good, tho you have to wait for it for around 20 minutes, while all other Sweetgreen spots do it so much faster
Meh experience. Food is so-so. Definitely prefer Cava to this place. But I'm sure some people would like. PS: chairs are super uncomfortable.

During lunch hour, there are only two iPads to order, leading to very long waits. The location has no atmosphere, just a table with two iPads and a pickup window. Online ordering relies on automatic systems with no human customer service, causing late deliveries that are not catered to those with only 30-minute lunches. Additionally, orders frequently have items left off, happening about 1 in every 5 orders. While sweetgreen is good about making it right, this should not happen. With competitors like Cava and Chopt nearby, many feel it is not worth it.
