You could really use some tips from Chick-fil-A. Soooooo incredibly slow. This is NOT fast food.
If you won’t serve truck drivers that cannot get into your drive-thru, and so they have to walk up to the window and get turned away, then you also need to turn your drivers away when they bring you your inventory that is going to be sold to customers. It is seriously ridiculous that you say it’s against “your policy” to serve people who are not in vehicles through your Drive-thru during this pandemic.
