This is HANDS-DOWN THE BEST BBQ AROUND!!! Perfect bark on the pulled pork and smokey flavor. Great chicken, amazing brisket and the most tender, delicious fall off the bone ribs you will find. When I lived closer I would go 3-4 times per week and would literally have dreams about the bbq because the smoke smell would be in my hair and id be smelling it on my pillow as i sleep. We arranged for 100 Main Beef & BBQ to cater our housewarming party a couple of weeks ago and it was truly a nice and easy experience from start to finish. The BBQ ribs are amazing. Fall off the bone tender and very delicious. The pulled pork is very juicy and tender too. will be trying other foods in the very near future... Oh you have to try the banana pudding too, out of this world good
